Never underestimate clothing yard sales. We love them! I got an awesome purse once from a yard sale on Gore Vale, and this past weekend I bought a top for $1.50. I gave the woman a toonie and said to keep the change, so it was actually $2. Always be sure to wash anything vintage you buy (that’s a given), and then you’re good to go.
I paired my new/old top with my yoga jeans by Second Denim ($110), Banana Republic clogs ($23), Cole Haan purse ($165), and Cheap Monday sunglasses ($30). It was a simple 90s look. I never thought I would like short tops again, but now that’s all I really like. It’s weird how fashion shifts and changes, but fun too. I just really hope flare jeans don’t come back, ew. JD

I said keep the change…. What a Big Shot!
Short shirts – this is the worst thing about the 90s! And didn’t I see flared jeans in a magazine last month… though I think it was Audrina Patridge wearing them, so maybe that’s not a thing.
Love the site!
